Welcome to CC the Medium (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services Provided
We offer mediumship and psychic readings for individuals seeking guidance and insight.
• All services are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only.
• They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
• Readings are based on interpretation and are subjective in nature. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Eligibility
• You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.
• By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we believe a client is under 18, providing misleading information, or otherwise unsuitable for a session.

3. Client Conduct
• Clients must behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if a client is abusive, disruptive, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Readings will not be conducted on third parties without their consent.

4. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be listed on the booking page (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).
• Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
• We understand life happens. Please review our cancellation policy:
• Client cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice, no refund will be given.
• Our cancellations: If we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.​
• Satisfaction: Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the outcome or content of a reading.
• Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Online & Technical Issues
• For online readings, you are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and functioning device.​
• If a session is disrupted due to our technical issues, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
• If disruption occurs on the client’s side and cannot be resolved, the session may be treated as a cancellation.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
• All services are for guidance and entertainment only.
• Readings do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing following a session.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.
• If you are experiencing grief, emotional distress, or mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional.
